Select the text (or the cell) you want to strikethrough, and then type Control+5. Then select Border in the Format Cells dialog box. ![]() There are two types of checkmark symbols. ![]() Unluckily, in Excel as opposed to Word, you cannot assign a shortcut key to a symbol. Does > anyone have any idea on this? When you check them off your master list, just use an “X” or a check mark. You can just follow the steps we mentioned above to find out the Check Mark Symbols. ![]()
